Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are between the ages of 6-18 as of the date of entry.

Entry Dates: February 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 14, 2013

In-Store Entry: Complete and submit an Official Entry Form at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations in the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec) while supplies last.

Entry Limit: one entry per person, per day for each of the two entry methods.

One (1) Grand Prize: A visit to your school by Cody Simpson! Prize includes the following: Cody Simpson will visit the winner’s school on a Sponsor specified date between March 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013 and winner only will receive an autographed headshot of Cody. Grand Prize winner will also receive a $100 Build-A-Bear Workshop Bear Buck gift card and a Lil’ Almond Cub wearing a Cody Simpson tiny tee. Sponsor will arrange and coordinate appearance date and time with the winners’ parent/legal guardian (if winner is a minor) and winner’s school. ARV: $129.50
