Entry Limit: one entry per person
One (1) Grand Prize: two tickets (for the winner and one guest) to attend the Anaheim 2015 Star Wars Celebration, currently anticipated to take place in Anaheim, CA on April 16th, 2015 through April 19th, 2015. The winner will also receive two round trip, coach airfare tickets to and from Anaheim, and three (3) nights/four (4) days of hotel accommodations. ARV: $4,700.
Random Drawing to select the winner. The potential winner will be notified via phone or email. If the prize goes unclaimed, an alternate winner will be selected. The potential winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the date of notification to claim the prize or an alternate winner will be selected.

Same here. The site doesn’t seem to even mention any sweepstakes anywhere.
It might be the browser you are using or if you have pops disabled. When I visit the site the entry form appears right away. I am using Firefox. It also works using Chrome
