I received an email about this saying I won one of the 5 trips to CA. How do I know it’s legit? It asks me to fill out: Please fully complete and notarize the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”). along with the attached W-9 and copies of your valid driver’s license and traveling companion’s driver’s license, and return a signed original to HelloWorld, the administrator of this promotion.
You can email it to me if you like and I will check it out [email protected]. Most likely, if they mention you by name, they have the name of the sweepstakes and it comes from a judging agency, it is legit
