In-Store: there will be paper entry forms available at special tables at approximately four to six BJ’s Wholesale Club Openings on opening days, during limited hours, during the Sweepstakes-Period. Look for announcements of club openings in your area for details. Complete the entry form by printing your first and last name, a valid, working email address for which you are the authorized user, your BJ’s Wholesale Club member number (optional) and Zip Code and deposit it in the entry box available. You will receive one entry.
Entry Limit: one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 7-night cruise for two, represented as a $2,000 voucher to be used towards any available 7-night cruise for two when booked through BJ’s Travel. A cruise vacation includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, onboard meals, some beverages and most entertainment aboard the ship. The cruise prize is awarded “as is” and is subject to cabin availability. Winner will be responsible for all other expenditures not specifically mentioned here including, without limitation, transportation to /from departure port, alcoholic and some other beverages, gratuities, shore excursions, telephone, incidentals, personal expenses and travel/medical insurance. Winner must book travel through BJ’s Travel and Grand Prize cruise travel must be completed by December 31, 2016 or it will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $2,000
