BIC will award 60,000 Mark-It Permanent Markers in Playful Purple or Petal Pink or Hot Aqua pens, 200 pens every hour for 10 hours each day during 12 noon to 10 pm ET. Each hour is a separate giveaway. The promotion will consist of a total of 300 separate Giveaway Periods and each Giveaway Period is its own separate and distinct promotion. Prizes will be awarded each hour based on a random time date stamp and those entrants will have the opportunity to receive one BIC Mark-It Permanent Marker
