Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Entry Dates: begins on July 5, 2012 and ends on July 31, 2012 at 11:59 pm CT

In-Store: Entry forms are available at participating Bass Pro Shops locations. To enter, complete an official entry form or hand print your name, complete address, daytime phone number, email address and date of birth on a 3”x5” piece of paper and deposit it in an official ballot box at one of the participating Bass Pro Shops locations between 7/5/12 through close of business on 7/31/12.

One (1) Grand Prize: a 2013 Tahoe Q5i boat, including images of the 2012 Major League Baseball All-Star Game and the 2012 MLB All-Star FanFest logos, the MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL work mark and/or the MLB silhouetted batter logo (“MLB Marks”), with motor and trailer. Prize includes freight and preparation. Total combined approximate retail value is $36,650
