Axe Music One Night Only Sweepstakes

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older.

Entry Dates: Begins July 16, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 31, 2010.

How to enter: Visit www.theaxeeffect.com/music and input all required registration information.

Via text message: During the Sweepstakes Period, if you have a text messaging capable device, send a text message with the word depicted in the AXE advertisement from your handset to “74642“.

Via AXE Product Purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any Product (except Axe Music Products), while supplies last. Then visit the Website and enter UPC Code from your Product for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The UPC Code must be entered exactly as it appears on your Product. Possession of the Product with the UPC Code is not valid proof of having entered the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER AND RECEIVE 50 SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES:

Via AXE Music Product Purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any AXE Music Product, while supplies last. Then visit the Website and enter UPC Code from your AXE Music Product for an additional fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries. The UPC Code must be entered exactly as it appears on your AXE Music Product. Possession of the AXE Music Product with the UPC Code is not valid proof of having entered the Sweepstakes.

Via Mail (No Purchase Necessary to Receive 50 entries): To earn fifty (50) additional entries by mail without purchasing an AXE Music Product: On a plain 3″ x 5″ paper, hand print your complete name, full address, including zip code, daytime telephone, cellular phone number (if any), e-mail address, date of birth, with the answers to the four questions below, and mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the Period End Date in the chart below and received within five (5) days of each Period End Date. Mechanically reproduced or automated mailed entries are not eligible.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address/phone number per day, regardless of method of entry. Fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries (in one entry transaction regardless of method of entry) per person/email address/phone number per Period.

Prizes:

Grand Prizes (9 total, 3 per Period): A Rockstar Flyaway Package which includes a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for four (4) people to see one of the Sponsor-specified AXE One Night Only shows in the United States. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to winner’s home to destination city; round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (based on quad occupancy at Sponsor’s discretion); four (4) tickets to the AXE One Night Only show; and $500 for winner only awarded in the form of a check. (ARV: $5,000 each).

Second Prizes (90 total, 30 per Period): Four (4) tickets to an AXE One Night Only show. Each individual ticket is $50 each. Show location and date will be determined by Sponsor. Transportation to/from the destination city/show is not included with the prize. (ARV: $200 each).

Third Prizes (75 total, 25 per Period): Sponsor-selected signed AXE One Night Only memorabilia (ARV: $200 each).

Prize Limit: one (1) prize per person or household per Period.
