Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C., ages 18 years of age or older.

Entry Dates: Begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time on March 23, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on April 1, 2010.

Entry Limit: Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDT each Day of the sweepstakes in order to be eligible for that day’s prize.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize selected from the group of winners of the Daily Prize Drawing winners: A Nike prize pack consisting of a Nike bag filled with miscellaneous accessory items and a pair of Nike shoes ranging from men’s size 7 – 13 D and women’s size 5.5 – 11 B at the end of the contest period. Approximate retail value is $350.00.

(10) Daily Prizes for each Day of the Promotion Period: One TAF drawstring bag, one 3-pack of socks ranging from men’s size US 9 – 12, one 3-pack of socks ranging from women’s size US 6 – 10, one shoe cleaner, one suede cleaner, one water repellent, one pair of sneaker balls, 2 pairs of reflective laces, one pair of hexagel insoles ranging from men’s size US 6 – 9 and one pair of hexagel insoles ranging from men’s size US 10 – 13. Approximate retail value is $100.00 each.
