we have stayed at these vacation resorts numerous times and they are a great bargain.

Sweetie, do you think this is open to retired military also? As I posted above, we have used AFVC many times as active and retired military.

I kind of think this is for active duty personnel because they ask for Installation/Base but you could try to enter and see if it takes it. The real test would be if you win and if then they require you to be active and prove it. Many times with military sweepstakes they just require a military ID for proof if you win.

It did take my entry. I know when we book a timeshare as retirees, they still require the installation name as MWR gets a kickback for each booking.
