Mail-in Entry: hand print your complete name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and birth date on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail in a first-class stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Postmarked By 2/3/16 and received by 2/10/16, postmarked by 3/25/16 and received by 4/1/16; postmarked by 5/16/16 and received by 5/23/16 for each corresponding (and subsequent) Drawing. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate postmarked, hand addressed, stamped, outer envelope.
