SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Residential Curbside Delivery: We ship flooring using common carriers that are usually 53′ in length. Most times these truck can make it to the curb in front of residential homes. The driver will park the truck in the road on the curb, open the back door and hand the cartoons of flooring down from the back of the truck one at a time down to you or whomever you have there to unload. The driver will not take the cartons up to the house or even up the driveway. He is only required to hand down the cartons from the truck. He is not permitted to pull down a driveway, as this could possibly damage your driveway. If you live on a crowded street, or in a small cul-de-sac, or on a busy highway, on a street with low power cables or tree limbs, or anywhere else that a large transfer truck wouldn’t be able to get in AND out without damaging his/her truck or other peoples property please provide an alternate residential address (Family member).
