With a total prize value of $1,000,000, winners can use their gift cards to purchase groceries and other eligible items available through Amazon. Each prize is awarded as a $10,000 Amazon Gift Card, giving winners the flexibility to shop for household essentials, pantry staples, fresh foods, and more through Amazon’s grocery services.

Eligible individuals may enter up to one (1) time per Sweepstakes Entry Period. Non-winning entries from one Sweepstakes Entry Period will roll over into the next Sweepstakes Entry Period. Eligible individuals may submit one (1) new entry per Sweepstakes Entry Period regardless of any roll-over entries.

There are two methods by which to enter each Sweepstakes.

No Purchase Method: This method requires an Amazon.com account, which is free to create. To enter without making a purchase, log in to your Amazon.com account, visit amazon.com/grocerysweepstakes and click the “Enter” button on the Landing Page or click the button to opt in to receive text message marketing messages. Note that Text Message Opt-In may only be used once to enter once during the entire Promotion Period. Upon successful completion of either, Entrant will receive one (1) Entry into the Promotion

Purchase Method: This method requires an Amazon Prime Membership. To enter, during each Sweepstakes Entry Period, make a qualifying online only purchase of (i) at least $15 (excluding tax, tips, regulatory fees, pickup and delivery fees); (ii) that includes at least one item from the following eligible product categories: grocery (excluding alcohol), health & personal care, beauty (excluding luxury beauty), or pet (limited to pet food, treats, potty training supplies, and health supplies; excludes pet apparel, furniture, toys, electronics, habitats, kennels, grooming, aquariums, cages, and accessories) and excludes gift cards and digital content; from (iii) Amazon Same-Day Delivery, Everyday Essentials, Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market Online (via Amazon or wholefoods.com), Amazon Now, and participating local retailers available on Amazon.com making sure to be logged in to your Amazon Prime Account. Upon completion of the purchase, eligible individuals will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Sweepstakes.

Grand Prizes (100): a prize pack of five (5) Amazon.com Gift Cards, each in an amount of $2,000 USD, for a total of $10,000 USD.
