I have been trying for two days and cannot find an entry form to enter this. All I get is a video every time I press enter on the site. Any help would be appreciated as I am now frustrated.
Major back pains but no surgery yet, I take 2 in Am, 2 in middle of afternoon and 2 at bedtime. Some times 2 more in middle of night. Results are great.
I finally entered!! The rules should have clearly stated you had to share the video for the the entry form to pop open. Good Luck All!!!
