Without Purchase: From June 25, 2012 through September 5, 2012 send a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a return address including first and last name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state and ZIP code to:

Each mail-in request must be mailed separately. Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor’s street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than June 15, 2012, and must be postmarked no later than September 5, 2012, and received no later than September 10, 2012. Requests from Vermont residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage.
One (1) Game Piece containing a Code will be mailed in response to each mail-in request. No more than four (4) Codes per day will be emailed back to an entrant. Each Code may only be used one (1) time in the Promotion.
