Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. An eligible minor must have his/her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate in this game. Either winner or one of winner’s family members/guests must be 5 – 15 years of age and be available to travel on the trip and also be available to participate in the scavenger hunt part of the prize or the prize will automatically be forfeited.

Access Codes: You will be asked to enter an access code online to play. Clues to decipher the access code can be found on the outside of specially-marked packages, and the access code will be printed inside of the specially-marked packages.

To play by mail, during the Game Period, hand print, on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, your name, complete street address, daytime phone number (including area code), and date-of-birth, and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to:

Mail-in requests must be received by May 31, 2010 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope. On the day an eligible mail-in request is received, a designated representative of Promotions.com, LLC, an independent judging agency will play one (1) Instant Win Game play on behalf of the applicable request. Only potential winners will be notified by regular U.S. mail. Limit one (1) game play per email address, envelope, and per person per day, regardless of the method of play.

Entry Limit: one (1) game play per email address and per person per day for the duration of the Game Period.

Prizes: Four (4) Grand Prizes: A 4 day/3 night trip for winner and up to five (5) family members/guests to New York, NY from July 15, 2010 to July 18, 2010 and the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt while on the trip for a chance to win a Bonus Prize. Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport serviced by Funjet Vacations nearest winner’s residence to New York, NY, 4 days/3 nights accommodations (two (2) standard hotel rooms for three (3) nights at The Westin New York at Times Square, one double and one quad occupancy), opportunity for up to six (6) family members (winner and up to five (5) family members/guests) to participate in a scavenger hunt while on the trip for a chance to win a Bonus Prize, roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/scavenger hunt location; and $2,900 for the winner only (awarded as a check) in spending money. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Either winner or one of winner’s family members/guests must be 5 – 15 years of age and be available to travel on the trip and also be available to participate in the scavenger hunt part of the prize or the prize will automatically be forfeited. Bonus Prizes: The winner of the family who most accurately completes the scavenger hunt within the allotted 90 minutes wins $1,500. The other three winners will receive a Bonus Prize of $800. Bonus Prizes will be awarded in the form of a check after the winners return home from the trip.
