How to use this form:

• Fill out the form with the correct information, choose a date and click Submit.
• If you want to see what your giveaway looks like to the viewing public click here.
• If you have a Zoho.com account you can log in and edit or delete your entries. You can get a Zoho.com account for free.

Note: When you add the URL to your giveaway make sure it takes the reader directly to the entry form and not your homepage. You need to add the PERMALINK which is the direct link to your entry form or post about the giveaway.

How do you find out what the Permalink is? Find your giveaway post and then RIGHT-CLICK on the title and then LEFT-CLICK copy. That will copy the Permalink. Then paste it into the form.
