There will be four “Entry Periods” for this Promotion, as further described in the timetable below. During each Entry Period, you will be asked to vote, given the options presented, for your favorite Kelly and Mark moment. Each entry form and vote cast during an Entry Period shall constitute an “Entry” into the prize drawing. Any Entries submitted after the close of an Entry Period will be disqualified. One Entry per Entry Period, regardless of how many email addresses a person may have. Non-winning Entry Period entries WILL NOT roll over into subsequent Entry Period drawings, if any, however all non-winning entries will roll over to the Grand Prize drawing.

Prize includes: Roundtrip economy-class airfare for two (2) persons (i.e., winner and guest) to/from a major airport near winner’s residence and New York, NY (exact flights, schedule and route to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion). Two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); Local ground transportation in New York, NY as determined by Sponsor; Two seats at a taping of Live With Kelly and Mark (subject to availability; taping schedule subject to change); and a $250 prepaid gift card.
