Received this on Sept 15. I am sooooo excited; this is my first big win! I had to complete and send a Declaration of Compliance, but it did not require notarization. I have already received confirmation that they received my form, and my eligibility is confirmed 🙂 :).

Oh my gosh, I won a computer too! The craziest thing is that I won one about 3 weeks ago from an Offers.com sweepstakes. I was in a drought for so long and now it’s raining laptops!
