TMobile 30 Days of Green Giving Sweepstakes

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are T-Mobile customers in good standing with valid T-Mobile service contracts dated on or before March 22, 2010. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

Entry Dates: Begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on April 22, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 21, 2010.

How to Enter: three ways

(1) For Entrants who have not enrolled in T-Mobile’s paperless billing program: To enter: (a) Log on to www.t-mobile.com and opt-in to T-Mobile’s paperless billing program, and (b Complete and submit a Registration Form online at www.mobilizewitht-mobile.com.

(2) For Entrants who have previously enrolled in T-Mobile’s paperless billing program: To enter, complete and submit a Registration Form on the Website.

(3) Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without enrolling in T-Mobile’s paperless billing program, mail a 3” x 5” card with your name, date of birth, address, contact phone number (including area code), e-mail address, and the single date during the Sweepstakes Period you would like your entry to be included in the daily drawing to:
