In order for online entries to be valid, entrants must click on the “I am 18 years of age or older” button (indicating you are 18 years of age or older) and the “I have read and agree to the official rules” button (indicating your acceptance of all terms of these official rules) on the online entry form. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before November 26, 2012 and received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 PM EST on November 26, 2012.

Thirty (30) Daily Prizes (one per day): pair of ThermaCELL Heated Insoles is the prize for winners in the United States and Canada. The winner will be awarded a pair of ThermaCELL Heated Insoles that will fit the shoe size specified in the registration form (largest size is XXL and any person with a shoe size over a men’s 13 or a women’s 14 will be shipped a pair of XXL ThermaCELL Heated Insoles). Retail value of each first prize $129.99.

Referral Grand Prize: the one person who has the greatest number of referrals/points at the end the giveaway will win a “The Hunt of a Lifetime at Harpole’s Heartland Lodge”. The retail value on this prize is approximately $5,500.

Referral Second Prizes: The one person who has the second greatest number of referrals/points will win a Masterbuilt 30-inch Electric Digital Smokehouse with RF Remote. ARV: $329.

Daily Prize Drawing: The daily drawings will occur during each workday in November, starting on Thursday, November 1. Each Monday (November 5, November 12, November 19, and November 26) during the giveaway, a winner will be randomly drawn from all entries to-date received by end of day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Winners will be announced no later than December 10, 2012. The potential winner will be notified via telephone (or by email if no you cannot be contacted via telephone).
