Entry Limit: one entry per person. Sharing will not give you bonus entries.
An entrant may only specify one prize and will not be eligible to win any prize other than the prize specified at the time of entry.

- $600 credit to Plated, valid for home delivery of organic food and recipes (approximately 45 – 50 meals depending on selection)

Prize Limit: one prize per household.
Drawing Date: on or about July 01, 2015, the Sponsor will conduct one random drawing for each of the seven prizes to select potential winners from among all eligible entries that were received and selected that prize. The odds of being picked depend on the number of entries received for the chosen prize. The Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner via email on or about July 04, 2015. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
