I tried to have my son enter who is 18 and it tells him he doesn’t meet the age requirements either?

I contacted the site and got this message: “If someone has previously tried to enter the sweepstakes from a computer and has been rejected due to age, we block everyone else using the computer from entering until the web browser has been closed and reopened. That might be why you’re having trouble entering.”
so, I’ll try to enter my grandson w/a different browser.
