The Bake-Off Monthly Challenge Sweepstakes & Contest

The Pillsbury Bake-Off® Monthly Challenge begins September 1. Be sure to enter your favorite recipe into the monthly contest for a chance to win a $2,500 prize!

Sweepstakes Rules:

Eligibility: is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and registered members of Pillsbury.com. Membership in Pillsbury.com is free.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 a.m. ET.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit generalmills.promo.eprize.com/bakeoff/ and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Entry Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prizes: (121) Sweepstakes Prizes (1 per day): $25 check.

Drawings: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner for each Entry Period, from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period, on or around October 1, 2009 (for the Entry Periods between September 1 and September 30, 2009), November 2, 2009 (for the Entry Periods between October 1 and October 31, 2009), December 1, 2009 (for the Entry Periods between November 1 and November 30, 2009) and January 4, 2010 (for the Entry Periods between December 1 and December 31, 2009). Each potential winner will be notified by email, mail or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, potential winner forfeits prize.

How to Enter: During each Submission Phase, go to www.bakeoff.com/monthlychallenge and fill out the online entry form. Once you have registered for the Contest, follow the directions to submit one (1) two hundred fifty (250) words or fewer recipe that conforms to the Contest Theme and that includes the use of at least one (1) of the eligible Pillsbury products listed below in order to receive one (1) entry into the Contest. The following is a list of the eligible Pillsbury products from which one must be incorporated in the recipe:

• Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers or Homestyle Refrigerated Biscuits (1 can)
• Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls (1 can)
• Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pizza Crust (1 can)
• Pillsbury® Refrigerated Breadsticks (1 can)
• Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crusty French Loaf (1 can)
• Pillsbury® Refrigerated Cookie Dough (1 package)
• Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pie Crust (at least 1 crust), or
• Pillsbury® Golden Layers® Refrigerated Biscuits (1 can)

Submission Guidelines:

• The Submission must be in text format
• The Submission must not exceed 5 MB in size
• The Submission must be two hundred fifty (250) words or fewer in length; and
• The Submission must be in English

Content Restrictions:

• The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement
• The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than Pillsbury marks
• The Submission must not contain text not created by entrant; and
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.

For all Submissions: You may submit one (1) Submission per day during each Submission Phase. Submissions received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be void.

Winner determined by a Judging Phase and Voting Phase.

Voting Limit: Each voter may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase.

Prize: FOUR (4) CONTEST GRAND PRIZES (One (1) prize per Contest): $2,500 issued in the form of a check.
