On the registration form, you will be asked to provide your first and last name and email address, as well as indicate which NFL team you support. The NFL team that you indicate on the registration form will be used to determine which drawing you are entered into during the winner selection process.

YOUR CONFIDENCE SCORE AND EARNING BONUS CONFIDENCE POINTS: After submitting an Entry into the Promotion, you will receive a personalized confidence profile based on your Social Profile activity . The Confidence Profile is generated by a third-party, proprietary, automated algorithm, which analyzes your Social Profile activity related to the qualities of assertiveness, discipline, competitiveness, calm, and “fandom” (mentions of your chosen NFL team), to derive a unique Confidence Profile and related confidence score. Entrants must have at least 150 words of original content (that is, tweets or posts originating from the entrant, not shared or retweeted content) on their chosen Social Profile for the Confidence Profile to be generated. The initial Confidence Score that is derived as part of a Confidence Profile will be no less than 0 and no greater than 90 out of a possible 100 total “Confidence Points.” Entrants may increase their Confidence Score over the Promotion Period by either performing certain activities through their Social Profiles or mailing in a card, each as described in more detail below. Eligible entrants with a final Confidence Score of 90 – 100 at the end of the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The highest possible Confidence Score is 100 Confidence Points. Limit up to 35 Bonus Confidence Points, across all methods of earning Bonus Confidence Points. You must have a final Confidence Score of 90 – 100 at the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Grand Prize.

Social Profile option: To earn bonus Confidence Points through a Social Profile, you must engage in one or more of the following activities originating from the Promotion Website over the course of the Promotion Period, subject to the following limitations:

• Share your Confidence Score on Facebook and/or Twitter. Limit one Confidence Score share per Social Profile. (5 Confidence Points per share, 10 total)
• A friend clicks on your shared Confidence Score to visit the Promotion Website. Limit twenty (20) friend visits from your shared Confidence Score (1 Confidence Point per friend visit using your shared link, 20 total)
• Share your chosen NFL team’s weekly match-up from the Promotion Website on Facebook and/or Twitter. Limit five (5) NFL team weekly match-up shares (1 Confidence Point per share, 5 total)

Mail-in option: To earn bonus Confidence Points by mail, hand-print your first and last name, email address, and applicable Social Profile handle or username, on a plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to:

You will earn 1 bonus Confidence Point for each mail-in form received during the Promotion Period. Mail-in forms must be mailed separately; limit one form per envelope. Mechanically reproduced mailed forms are automatically void. Postmarked by no later than December 15, 2015 and received by no later than December 22, 2015.
