Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction within which they reside on the date of entry.

Entry Dates: begins on January 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 30, 2012.

Mail: and print your name, address and daytime telephone number including area code on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail your entry in an envelope with First Class Postage to:

All mailed entries must be postmarked by January 30, 2012 and received by February 6, 2012. Each entry must be submitted separately whether electronically or by regular U.S. Mail.

Entry Limit: one entry per person or email address per day (regardless of the method of entry).

ONE HUNDRED (100) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize consists of a twelve (12) consecutive month membership at any participating CURVES location in the United States and a one-time waiver of the CURVES service fee. ARV: $567.

In the event a prize winner does not live within sixty (60) miles from a Curves location, that prize winner will be disqualified and that prize will be awarded to an alternate prize winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Drawing Date: Selected entrants will be notified by email or U.S. Mail on or about February 27, 2012. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or a prize cannot be awarded to a selected winner for any reason, that prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received.
