Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age and older at time of participation in the Promotion.

Entry Dates: begins on April 22, 2012 and ends on June 3, 2012 or when supplies of game pieces are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

How to Obtain a Game Piece: available during normal business hours at participating Sleep Number stores, while supplies last. Ask a Sleep Number employee for a game piece.

To receive one additional game piece follow @SleepNumberSara on Twitter and ask for a “secret” word to be sent.  Mention this word to the employee to receive one extra game piece.

Limit two (2) game pieces (first game piece plus bonus game piece) per person/household/day. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as 12:00 a.m. (local time) to 11:59 p.m. (local time).

How to Play: Carefully scratch off the silver area indicated on the game piece. If the words “Congratulations You have won” are revealed, you are a winner of the prize indicated. Non-winning game pieces will state “$25 OFF of a $50 purchase” but this game piece will entitle you to $25 off of a purchase of $50 or more on any Sleep Number beds or bedding.”

How to Enter the Second Chance Sweepstakes:

By Store Visit: visit a participating Sleep Number Store, and obtain an official entry form from a Sleep Number employee, while supplies last. Complete the entry form, and deposit in the Sweepstakes entry box (found in participating Sleep Number stores) by the end of the Promotion Period.

By Mail without store visit: hand-print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address (if available), daytime phone number (including area code), and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card, and mail in a business-size (#10) envelope with proper postage affixed to:
