Eligibility: open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry Dates: begins on December 1, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.
