I am not eligible to enter these Shop Your Way sweepstakes. I know I have to be signed up for promotional e-mails, but I’m not sure which box has to be checked in my account settings. Can someone share with me how they became eligible?

I went into my account preferences, saw a bar across the bottom of the screen on which one of the links said ‘Sweeps’. After going through the checkboxes to adjust them accordingly, I thought it would be okay, but I still showed as ineligible. Logged out, logged in, and then it worked. Sorry I can’t remember the specific steps! Found it very frustrating, though.
