It’s off. My shell number is supposedly my cell number minus my area code plus 3 numbers at the end but the pre-populated number in the shell rewards number on the mail in form is different.
Has anyone noticed that on the form it says to mail to “Shell Premium Upgrade”? A little different from above. I hope that both are ok.
Yes, I noticed that too so I added c/o Results Driven Marketing and used the address in the rules. I will update the post now.
I don’t see anything about “results driven marketing” on the rules page?? Did they remove that?
http://www.shell.us/products-services/shell-for-motorists/fuels/vpower/bmwsweepstakes.html
Also, the form say to include “c/o Results Driven Marketing” before the address.
Anyone notice that they didn’t say the envelope had to be handwritten? I’m thinking of printing off the address to save time.
I noticed that as well. I am printing mine
Under rules, Section B last paragraph. limit two (2) rewards account number uses/twenty (20) entries per per Entry Day, regardless of entry method. Does this mean we can mail 2 enries per day?
No. You can only mail on entry per day
image of QR code has not been working the past two days. Still has alpha numeric code and date listed, but not sure if that is sufficient, since it says in rules that QR code must be present
HELP..!!!! every time i fill in info on page to get to AMOE form, it keeps giving me an error message saying “We encountered the following errors: Please agree to the Program Rules” but there isn’t a checkbox to tick to agree to those rules..?
I have gotten this since the giveaway started and i cannot get an AMOE form to enter…???
I have tried a brand new computer thinking that it was my Java applet outdated or something, but no matter where i try to log in/confirm Fuel Rewards membership/obtain AMOE form, it just keeps giving error mssg above…!!!
thanks,
Matt
Matt, try Chrome. IE was giving me problems too.
I see no reference to the “c/o Results Driven Marketing” on my form OR in the rules. It doesn’t say Shell PREMIUM Upgrade either. Could there be two different forms?
Has anyone noticed that the address on the AMOE form seems to change everyday? I wonder if its on purpose as a method to disqualify an entry. I created several envelopes ahead of time, but I noticed they got rid of the C/O Results Driven Marketing and then they added “Entry” at the end and now today it says “Shell Ultimate Upgrade Giveaway Entry”. Check it out for yourself and pay attention. It has to be purposeful as it is programmed, so it is changing for a reason. Don’t get tripped up. Make your entries count!
I see that too. Today Woodlawn Avenue became a street!
I noticed that it changed too Greg…
Today the Suite number changed to 204
OMG! I have so many envelopes filled out and now the suite number is wrong. I threw quite a bit away when they changed the address the first time.
Ok, rules say Suite 300 OR 204. Phew!
Here is the address I have seen for “Results Driven Marketing” 555 N Woodlawn Blvd # 300, Wichita, KS 67208 I am a tad confused on why the street, suite and such change?
Why only one entry per day? The rules state that each mail in is worth 10 entries with a limit of 20 per day so that is two mail ins. Also only states one entry per outer envelope. I have read and re read the rules so many times and keep coming up with 2 mail ins each day?
Here is the part in the rule about # of entries it says 20 per day that is two mail ins, the only thing it says about one entry is that it is one AMOE per outer envelope, my reading this has meant two per day and that is what I have been doing.
Limit one AMOE form per outer-stamped envelope. Requests that do not include the QR Code will not be valid for entry. Limit two (2) Rewards account number uses/twenty (20) entries per Entry Day, regardless of entry method. Additional entries will be void.
I’m not for sure completely, but I think it is one written entry per day as well as fueling up once per day. Because it states that fueling up is worth 10 entries. So, if fueling up is worth 10 entries, and mailing in an entry is also worth 10 entries I am thinking that is where you get the 20 entry limit per day. Of course, I could be wrong. I am sticking with one mail in a day and fueling up when I am going out.
This is what I thought too. However, everyone does not use/buy gasoline from Shell and of course the rules read “NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN A PRIZE”. For those like yourself that do buy gasoline from Shell, you would have to purchase gas every ENTRY DAY (everyday) and enter via the AMOE everyday in order to get your two entries. The rules do read “REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD”. To me, it doesn’t make since for someone to buy gas from Shell everyday just to get one of the two entries into the sweepstakes. I thought the purpose of filling up at the gas station was to avoid having to buy gas again for a few days.
I interpret the rules to mean you can mail in two entries, because the rules (I copy and pasted below) say 20 entries per day, REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD. To me that means that it doesn’t matter which combination you use to enter. Also the rules say ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE VOID, which I assume means if you mail in two entries and it ends up the judging company meant to say you could only enter one, then the additional entry just won’t count. As long as it doesn’t say that mailing in two entries will DISQUALIFY a person or cause ALL entries from that person to be voided, I think it’s safe to mail in two entries per day, but that’s just me. Let’s just keep watching the rules on their website and see when the address or rules change again. 🙂
Limit one AMOE form per outer-stamped envelope. Requests that do not include the QR Code will not be valid for entry. Limit two (2) Rewards account number uses/twenty (20) entries per Entry Day, regardless of entry method. Additional entries will be void.
any winners yet? first drawing was this week
I won one of them, but I live in Maryland. The rules state that the sweepstakes is open to residents of the US excluding Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. Any idea if there’s a way around this?
jessica why on earth would you even enter a sweepstake that was not open to those in your state? ?? UGH read the rules next time!
Maybe Jessica just got gas and used her Shell FR card and happened to win??? Mailing crap in isn’t the only way to win you know.
Wouldn’t the sponsor exclude purchases by ineligible Shell FR customers from the drawing?
but in order to enter you had to have a fuel rewards account and her mailing address showing md would be on there. IF she really did win and isn’t just asking how to enter a sweep void in her state then she would sent an affy to make sure she was even eligible to enter it. Just saying but if i won a bmw and wanted to post abt it i would post something like “OMG I WON A BMW!!!” not just “i won one of them”. Actually i probably would not post a big win like that to any forum.
Does anyone else send in a black and white copy? I have been printing in color, but I’m spending a fortune on ink.
I only have a B/W option on the printer I use. I wouldn’t think that would matter. At least, I hope not.
Yes, I print and send in b&w.
Any winners for the July 6th Drawing? Where can we get this info?
i also want to know!! But apparently won’t be announced until the end. I hope someone from this forum wins
Question for Car winner,

Wow. That had to be very hurtful to win and not be able to claim. Did it work out? Also, how were you contacted and when? And which method of entry did you use?
If you won one they will notify you by either email or a phone call just any other sweeps.
I wouldn’t be hurtful because her state isn’t included & it makes someone else eligible.
Nobody here get a notification yet? Halfway through the drawings….we need a winner here. 🙂
I hope a mail in is selected as a winner!
Has anyone contacted shell about the address being different in the rules vs. the printed out entry form? I am confused about where to mail mine. Thanks has anyone won one yet?
Looking for a list of winners
