LOL sorry Jana! I think I posted right after you.
too late, it said they already received their 5,000 winners.
Do not enter this contest!! I did and now they are going to bill me ten dollars for a subscription to the magizine!!! Beware of that!!!!
I did the same thing. Can we just call the magazine to cancel the subscription?
The same thing happened to me when I filled out a sweepstakes form on Food Network Magazine’s site (also a Hearst magazine).
I logged on and cancelled the subscription, but got a message saying that it was not eligible for a refund. Their support did not reply to emails. What I finally did was log into my account and change my name and address info… First Name” “F***” Last Name: “You” with the address of Hearst headquarters.
The easiest thing to do is nothing. They will send you the magazine and the bill. Eventually they stop sending bought. Or you can write cancel on the bill and mail it back.
Also you have to be under 29 yrs old I think
shoot I accidently filled out the first form and Now I have subsribed to a magizine I do not want! oops
If you scroll to the bottom of the Seventeen website and click “customer service” you can unsubscribe by entering your info and then clicking on the “cancel subscription” option from the left-hand side list of options. I’ve had to e-mail them (through “contact us” on the main web page)to cancel because I couldn’t log on to manage my account.
I Unsubscribed to it as soon as I could and I just got an issue of theirs. I checked my account and it says cancelled. SO I am just going to wait and see.
