The Contest Entry Period is divided into six (6) entry periods:

Week #1: March 24 to April 6, 2014
Week #2: April 7 to April 13, 2014
Week #3: April 14 to April 20, 2014
Week #4: April 21 to April 27, 2014
Week #5: April 28 to May 4, 2014
Week #6: May 5 to May 11, 2014

How to Enter Contest: Follow the online instructions to select three Major League Baseball (“MLB”) players you believe will hit a home run during the following week.

Sweepstakes Entry Limit: one entry per person/email address/household. Sharing will not give you bonus entries.

Contest Entry Limit: seven picks per person/email address/household per Week (i.e., one per day of the applicable Week).

Additional Entry Methods:

Game Play: You may receive Additional Entries in the Sweepstakes by participating in the Scotts Go Yard Challenge Contest: For each daily Pick in the Contest you will receive one (1) Additional Entry in the Sweepstakes (maximum forty-two). For each correct Pick in the Contest you will receive one Additional Entry in the Sweepstakes (maximum one hundred twenty-six). For being a Weekly Contest Winner you will receive five Additional Entries in the Sweepstakes (maximum thirty).

Mail-in: If you do not wish to participate in the Game, you may receive 198 Additional Entries in the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth and email address (optional) on a 3”x5” card and mailing it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 12, 2014 and received by Sponsor by May 19, 2014

One (1) Grand Prize: an exclusive “Scotts Ultimate Backyard Makeover” at Sweepstakes Winner’s home not to exceed an ARV of $25,000. Makeover will include but is not limited to the following: a consultation with Sponsor or its designee to identify the Sweepstakes Winner’s makeover needs, live goods (i.e., plants), turf grass and Scotts Miracle-Gro products, labor costs, and growing media (soils, sand, rocks, mulch), and non-lawn and garden growing items, products or live goods (i.e., grill or pavers).

Six (6) Contest Prizes (one per week): MLB.TV:

• One (1) Contest Winner will receive a 2014 MLB.TV Premium Yearly subscription. ARV $129.99
• Three (3) Contest Winners will each receive a official team cap. ARV: $14.00
• Two (2) Contest Winners will each receive a official team jersey. ARV: $130.00

Contest Winners: On or about the corresponding Review Dates ( April 7, April 14, April 21, April 28, May 5, May 12, 2014) the Submission with the highest number of correct Picks as determined by the Judges will be deemed the winning Submissions.
