Drawing Date: Each eligible entrant will be eligible for that Promotion Hour’s random drawing. The Hourly Drawing will take place every hour (24 hours/day) on the hour for 35 consecutive days (Nov. 18, 2009 – Dec. 23, 2009). Each Hourly Drawing will occur on the hour beginning at 12:00:01 am Pacific Standard Time on November 18, 2009 and every hour subsequently until 11:59:59 pm PST on December 23, 2009. Non-winning entries will not carry over to the next Hourly Drawing. Entrants must enter again in order to be eligible for the next Hourly Drawing.
Notification: Potential Hourly Winners will receive an email from Sponsor through the email account used to enter the Promotion approximately one (1) hour after the Hourly Drawing in which the Hourly Winner’s entry was selected. Hourly Prizes will be mailed directly to the address Hourly Winners provided at time of entry.

I have ATT too(and love it) That would be awesome if they would let you use it, although I just got a new phone a few months ago. I was just planning on selling mine.
My mom has not gotten her phone she won on dec. 16.

Putting mine for sale on eBay, I really like my AT&T service and can definitely use the money.
I am using mine with ATT. It works! I am able to use all the features even without an unlock code. Once you see the wallpaper and icons, you know it's unlocked. You just need to tap Search Now under Network Selection and pick ATT instead of T-Mobile. The free wi-fi is cool. ATT charges for their 3G internet. You can buy an unlock code if you need one. Don't bother getting it from T-Mobile or Samsung. They won't help.
