Sally Hansen Magnetic Attraction Instagram Contest Ends 9/17/12 1PP16+

Fashionistas and Beauty lovers, this one’s for you. Take a pic showing off your best @SallyHansen nail art. The grand prize winner will receive $1,000 and three runners up will receive a gift bag with Sally Hansen products

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (except for Maryland, North Dakota and Vermont), who are at least 16 years of age, who have an active e-mail account and Internet access prior to the beginning of the Contest Period and who have access to a mobile phone/device that Instagram currently supports: IPAD, IPHONE, IPOD TOUCH AND ANDROID.

Entry Dates: begins on June 19, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on September 17, 2012.

How to Enter:

The rules do not say you have to use Sally Hansen Magnetic nail polish.

1. Take a picture using the Instagram app of your best nail art.
2. Include the hashtag #GetMagnetic in the caption section before uploading your photo.
3. Share your Instagram photo on Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Tumblr or Foursquare to create more visibility of the contest and your entry
4. Entrant must submit an original photo (DO NOT COPY OTHERS’ WORKS).
5. Only the fingernails or toenails of entrant him/herself (and no other persons’ fingernails or toenails) may appear in photo. Users must follow all Instagram guidelines in regard to photo attachment.

Entry Limit: one Contest Entry per person/email address/Facebook account.

Public Voting: one vote per entry during. Votes must be manually key-stroked in accordance with the instructions on the Contest Gallery/Website.

Four (4) Prizes:

• One Grand Prize: Winner will receive $1,000.00 cash to be awarded in the winner’s name in the form of a check.
• Three (3) Runner-Up Prizes: Each runner-up winner will receive a Sally Hansen prize pack consisting of Sally Hansen beauty products (exact products to be determined at sole discretion of Sponsor). ARV: $100.00

Prize Limit: one prize per person, address or household.

Judging: At the conclusion of the Contest Period, the top 50 Entries recorded during the Contest Period with the highest public vote tally will be judged by an official judging panel, consisting of designated representatives of Sponsors. Judging will be based on the following criteria:

• Overall Representation of the Sally Hansen Brand (40%)
• Quality of photo (20%)
• creativity/originality (40%)

Judging will take place between 9/19/12 and 9/21/12. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about 9/25/12.
