It says that I’m unable to enter and to refer to the rules. I have been getting this message a lot lately and I don’t know why. I read the rules and nowhere can I find a reason for being disqualified ex. state that I reside etc. Do you have any ideas for me Sweetie. I just don’t get it. Thanks so much.
