Sarai, It looks like the same entry form but if you look at the URL you will see the end of it has a unique code for each store. Example: http://potterybarn.promo.eprize.com/homemakeover/:b=firefox15/?affiliate_id=williamssonoma See the id=williamssonoma on the end? Each one has the name of the store on the end so it is a completely different form
I tried to enter a second time from a different link and it said sorry you have already entered so i believe its only one time no matter what site you choose to enter from..
