Sweetie, can the 3×5 paper be index notecards or do I have to take white printer paper and cut it to size? This will be my first time doing these kind of sweep so want to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks
You should use paper and not an index card. You can buy the 3×5 white pads of papers at Staples. Walmart used to have them but I haven’t seen them lately. You could try there. I wouldn’t get any with color, just white.
but will it be valid if i sent an index card?please respond
No I do not think so. If they ask for paper do not send an index card
Sweetie what if I cut the paper myself – will my entry be valid?
Yes, you can cut the paper. Just make sure to cut it the exact size they want.
You can also buy them on amazon.com

Free shipping with amazon prime and only $3.39
Thanx. Ordered it Wed. received it on Thurs. with amazon prime.
WHOA!! LOVE THIS ONE!!! THANKS!!
The rules don’t specify an envelope size. Would it be ok to use any size?
Yes, use whatever you have on hand. Good luck
This will definitely be more fair than the Burger King one! No cheaters-yay! 🙂
yay!
I love how they tell you to jump through all the hoops and hassle with the UPC label, and then at the bottom under “to enter without purchase” it’s the same thing except leaving off the upc. I actually had a bottle of Pepsi and threw it away without bothering with the label.
Where does it say to leave off the UPC?? I thought you could only leave it off if you lived in the listed states?
It says:
“To enter without purchase: hand print your name, complete street address and phone number on a 3 x 5 inch piece of paper. Mail completed entry postmarked no later than December 31, 2010 and received by January 7, 2011 to:….”
in other words, the exact same instructions as WITH purchase, except without cutting out the upc and pasting it on.
Correct except with the “no purchase necessary” option you are putting your information on a 3×5 paper and not the form.
Do we still have as good of a chance of winning without entering UPC’s as the one’s entering with UPC’s? I don’t buy pop and was going to go copy some UPC’s from 12 packs at the store until a friend told me I didn’t need them.
I’m glad there is another XBOX giveaway. I feel bad that my brother has been trying for the BK one with no luck. I told him about the cheating website and he was outraged that BK isn’t doing more about it. I mentioned this giveaway to him and he thinks he’ll have a better chance at winning. Good luck to all!!
WHAAAAAAAT cheating website?? What?
Shouldn’t the mailing address read:
Pepsi Kinect Entry Form
PO Box 1207
Young America, MN 55594-1207
That is what is shows on the PDF Form.
I just posted what they had in the rules. Personally, I am going to put Pepsi Kinect Sweepstakes on the first line.
Thanks Sweetie. And yes, I am going to as well. Just doesn’t seem right not to have something before the PO Box. : )
Anyone seen any of the specially marked bottles or twelve packs?? I have not.
GAH that’s a lot of writing. I did 14 entries and my hand got a cramp HAHA. Wish you could print them. Grr. Oh well, that just means people will be discouraged to enter, since they have to work. More chance for meeee! Muahahaha.
i went on the website on the bottle and they have a form you can print and fill out and attach the upc on that.
I am entering this one, glad there is another chance to win an xbox game system. This is so much better than the Burger King sweepstakes, which is virtually impossible for me to win.
I just got done measuring and cutting the paper by hand, haha. My first mail in sweeps, wooooo hooo! I feel good about this one.
i purchased some pepsi tonight just so i could enter this sweepstakes i do think there will be a good chance to win and good luck to everyone whos entering
Yes I have seen the special marked bottles. I saw a 20oz diet pepsi bottle. The rules are confusing. No purchase necessary print name, address, phone it says 3×5 card on the bottle. I wonder what would happen if we do both methods.
the pepsi box i have says a 3×5 card as well
yeah the box does say card and it also says to send it to Choose Pepsi/Kinect, but I called the 1800 number on the box and it says to send it to Pepsi Kinect Sweepstakes. So it is kinda confusing. The address is all the same, but I dont want to get dq for writing the wrong info. Office was closed so I could not talk to anyone today, maybe tomorrow.
Okay, so when it says to put your complete street address on the 3 X 5 piece of paper, does that mean to include city, state, and zip code as well? I know they’ll get it from the envelope, but do they need it on the paper too?
Yes, that is your actual entry. Write it up like this on the paper
NAME
ADDRESS
CITY, STATE, ZIP
And the phone number goes at the bottom, right??
Write your 3″x5″ like this:
NAME
ADDRESS
CITY, STATE, ZIP
PHONE
Make sure you include your zip code. Write it out like 000-000-0000 or (000) 000-0000 (replacing the zeros with your actual phone number
Thanks, sweetie!
so like when i cut the paper for the entry what if its slightly off..they’re not really strict about that are they?and does everyone who win get the 4GB XBOX and the Kinect?
Does anybody know exactly what to send in???? The rules online say a piece of paper but every bottle I’ve bought says index card. I have been sending in the paper and don’t want to be diqualified.
I am sending in paper because that is what it says in the rules. If they are showing two different things then maybe they won’t be so picky as to whether it is a card or paper
ive got over 1000 entries so far! whoohooooo!!!!!
did I read that right? Someone said 1000 entries so far they’ve entered? With the cost of stamps?? Wow, I would have just went and bought the Xbox!
I just entered today and mailed them off, so I really, really hope I have a chance! This is my first mail-in sweeps!!!
Good luck to everyone!!
Surely 1000 entries by mail which equals $440 in stamps has to be a typo? LOL I agree at that point I would have just bought the xbox as the ARV is only $350
I’m hoping its a typo too bc I woulda just went and bought it and saved myself the $90
i really hope i have a great chanceat winning but if i don’t win at least i cant say i didn’t try.
nope its not a typo, my sister and i went half and half on the stamps! 1250 now, we will win! weve entered in 9 family members names to increase the odds!
I hope you are using 9 different address to increase your odds, since it is only 1 winner per household.
Good Luck! I have never heard of anyone doing that many entries, I cannot imagine spending that much on stamps. 😮
I cant imagine buying that many stamps, let alone writing out 1250 entries?! WOW!
lolol – so the average stamp costs 44 cents. and you used 1250 which = $550.. why didnt you just buy 2 4gb xbox kinects. and not risk losing you tools.
1250 entries?? WOW you either got a good discount or you got a kid that looks like your postman. OR..More than your likely your probably lying and trying to get people all stirred up.
If you can afford it go out and buy it. YOu seriously can not want anything that bad you would pay that much for it and risk not getting it. At any rate if any of this is true I think your common sense flew out the window a long time ago. BTW do you have a history of bad decision making?
I would go on but thats as nice as I get and my fingers couldnt find it within them to find words that would be suitable for here.
LIMITS get some
If no specific size envelope is stated (and I have seen that on several mail in’s) how do I know what to use. Should I mix size and decorated?
I called. I spoke to a Mary. Mary said, “you can use index cards or a piece of paper as long as it is 3X5.” I had her repeat it twice. GLTA
