Enter to Win Tickets to O’s Live Your Best Life Weekend in New York City!

Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (and are at least 18) at time of entry.

Entry Dates: beginning January 8, 2010 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time through February 23, 2010 at 11:59 PM ET

How to enter: two ways

1) Look for an Official Give-O-Way Ticket in the February 2010 issue of The O, The Oprah Magazine, available via subscription as early as January 8, 2010 and at newsstands approximately January 19, 2010 to February 15, 2010, while supplies last. The Official Give-O-Way Ticket will contain a unique 10-digit alpha-numeric code.

2) To enter the Promotion without an Official Give-O-Way Ticket, send your complete name, address, zip code, telephone number (including area code) and date of birth hand-printed on a 3 x 5 piece of paper in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be received by February 23, 2010. Enter as often as you wish by mail; however, there is a limit of one (1) entry per stamped outer mailing envelope. Only mail-in entrants who are deemed to be winners will be contacted.

Entry Limit: five (5) Official Code attempts per calendar day.

Prizes: (10) Grand Prizes: 3-day/2-night trip for two to New York City, NY, on May 7-9, 2010, including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, airport/hotel transfers, tickets to O, The Oprah Magazine’s Live Your Best Life weekend event, and $500 check. ARV $3,000 each.

Important!
