One grand prize winner will receive a trip to a #Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts destination in the Slay with Lay Lay Sweepstakes. #Nickjr The winner gets to choose between Punta Cana or Riviera Maya including three (3) night stay, airfare for four (4) and ground transportation. Official Rules: US, 5-12 years old. April 5, 2022 – May 26, 2022 at 11:59 pm ET

Entry Limit: one entry per household per day.

Grand Prize (1): A trip package for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three guests to one  of the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts destinations, at Grand Prize Winner’s choice, located in either Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, Mexico or Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Once the Grand Prize Winner has selected a destination, it cannot be modified except at Sponsor’s sole determination. One Guest must be the Grand Prize Winner’s Parent and any Guest who has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence must be aged twelve years or younger at time of Grand Prize fulfillment and, further, such minor Guest must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian. The Grand Prize shall consist of the following elements: roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three Guests from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Cancun, Mexico or Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, depending on Grand Prize Winner’s destination selection. Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests are solely responsible for their own transportation to/from the airport;  four days/three nights hotel accommodations (quad occupancy, including all meals, drinks, gratuities, room tax, non-motorized water sports and entertainment, but excluding, and not limited to, spa services, certain on-site food and beverage experiences, character breakfasts, character meet and greet opportunities, and private sliming experiences); and,  round trip ground transportation to/from airport & Hotel. First Prizes (10): A Lay Lay prize pack composed of one of each of the following items: a 12.75” That Girl Lay Freestylin’ Fashion Lay Doll and accessories, and  a custom sized That Girl Lay Lay jacket. ARV: $100

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. Administrator will conduct a random drawing on or around June 1, 2022 in order to select one (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) First Prizes potential winners. Each Potential Winner’s Parent will be notified by email on or around June 8, 2022 and must respond to the notification within three (3) days or their child’s entry shall be subject to disqualification and another Potential Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, if time permits.
