This year, the NFL, and each of its 32 teams, are celebrating football fans in a special way. The NFL seeks to identify the individual who have an unwavering passion for their team, they inspire others and consistently show how the game unites their family, friends, and community. Through this unique contest, the “NFL Fan of the Year” will receive more than bragging rights – they will be crowned at Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles, CA on February 13, 2022!
How to Enter the NFL Fan of the Year Contest
In 500 words or less, how have you been a positive influence and how has your favorite team been a part of your story and then upload a photo or video as supporting material that demonstrates the nominee’s fandom and why the nominee should be Fan of the Year.
Official Rules: US, 21+. Also open to legal residents of Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, China, Australia and France. April 29 – September 20, 2021 at 11:59 pm ET. One entry per person.
Judging Criteria: Passion, Enthusiasm and Fandom for Your Favorite Team and the NFL (33.3%); Inspirational Story (33.3%); Community Spirit (33.3%).
Grand Prize (1): Will be crowned the NFL Fan of the Year at NFL Honors and will receive an NFL Honors trophy. Timing and details of the experience will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $8,000
Finalist Prizes (32): A trip for two to Los Angeles, CA from February 11-February 14, 2022 to attend NFL Honors and Super Bowl LVI. Each prize package includes: Round-trip coach air transportation for Finalist and guest from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor, near the Finalist’s home within the continental U.S. to Los Angeles, CA. One double occupancy standard room for four days/three nights. Roundtrip ground transportation to and from hotel and events. Two passes to NFL Honors. Two tickets to the Super Bowl Experience. Two tickets to Super Bowl LVI. Subject to availability and Sponsor’s final approval in its sole discretion, two tickets to an NFL Super Bowl LVI Event. ARV: $5,000
