To celebrate the joyous act of adding a dog to a household, the NexGard (afoxolaner) team is launching a fun, easy pet registry. Sign up for a chance to be entered into a monthly sweepstakes and win up to $500 in prizes for your precious pup.

Official Rules: Open to US, DC, 18/age of majority and older. Begins on April 19, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 ET on October 31, 2017 . Random Drawing on or about May 8, June 8, July 7, August 7, September, 7, October 9, November 7, 2017. Entry Limit: One entry per Pet Registry, maximum five Pet Registries per email address. Each Pet Registry must be for a different dog.

Each entry is eligible only for the Drawing for the Entry Period during which the entry is received by Sponsor. Non-winning entries eligible for one Drawing are not eligible for any other Drawing.

How to Enter:

1. Visit itsadog.com, create an owner profile and a pet profile
2. Complete a pet registry for your dog by either manually selecting items for your Pet Registry or selecting the “autofill” option
3. Submit your Pet Registry to create one entry into the Sweepstakes. Creating an owner profile, pet profile and Pet Registry is free.

Seven (7) Grand Prizes (One Per Drawing): a $500 Amazon.com Gift Card that is intended to be used towards winner’s pet registry, a coupon for six doses of NexGard (afoxolaner) for one dog to be redeemed at your veterinarian up to $140 and a dog toy. ARV: $665.

Fourteen (14) First Prizes (One Per Drawing): a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card that is intended to be used towards winner’s pet registry, a coupon for three doses of NexGard (afoxolaner) for one dog to be redeemed at your veterinarian up to $75 and a dog toy. ARV: $200.
