There is a sweepstakes and a contest going on at the same time on the Masterlock website. These rules are just for the sweepstakes.
Eligibility: must be a permanent lawful resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada, excluding Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and Quebec. Must be 13 or older at time of entry (Maine residents must be 18 or older). Minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission before entering.
Entry Dates: begins on July 9, 2012 and ends on September 28, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.
Then answer a total of four (4) multiple-choice questions to earn points. Each Question will be timed, and you will be able to earn Sweepstakes Points depending on how fast you choose an answer. Once time has run out on a question, or you have chosen the correct answer, you will be shown the following question. An on-screen time ticker will reflect the amount of time left on each question, and an on-screen points counter will reflect the number of Sweepstakes Points earned. One Sweepstakes Point is equivalent to one Sweepstakes entry.
Entry Limit: No more than one set of four Questions per day per Entrant will be considered. You will also have the option of following on-screen instructions to earn bonus Sweepstakes Points.
