Yi had 2 $5 wins and i think I deletted the emails with the gift codes when they were sent out a few weeks ago.
I just successfully used my prepaid debit cards, before they expire on 3/31/16, to add to my Amazon gift card balance. I was unsuccessful at Walmart.com.
