Daily Prize Drawings: Random drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during each daily entry period. Daily Prize Drawings will be conducted within 24 to 72 hours following each daily entry period deadline.
Grand Prize Drawings: A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received at the conclusion of each Promotional Period.
Winner Notifications: Grand Prize and major prizewinners will be notified via overnight mail approximately four weeks after returned forms are received by D.L. Anon – I really don't know the answer to this question because until this year I never entered it because I wasn't a smoker. I still don't smoke cigarettes but I do smoke cigars in the summer so I say, heck, I'm entering this one now 🙂 Hey, if I win a motorcycle or something I will hang a cigarette out the side of my mouth for the photo shoot 🙂

Yes, occasionally sites do maintenance and I am sure that is what what going on. I had that once and went back later and it worked fine. Try again.
