Eligibility: open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the continental United States of America, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and who have a valid Twitter account at the time of entry.

Entry Dates: begins on June 15, 2012 and ends when #MILLIONTWEETS has been re-tweeted one million times, or at 12:00 PM PT on October 15, 2012, whichever comes first.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected when the following number of re-tweets of #MillionTweets has been received @LiveNationShows: 1,000, 10,000, 15,000, 25,000, 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000, 400,000, 500,000, 600,000, 700,000, 800,000, 900,000, and 1,000,000. Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received. Prizes will not be awarded for any Re-Tweet benchmarks that have not been reached by 12:00 PM PT on October 15, 2012.
