On this tab complete the entry form with your true and correct information in all required fields, including date of birth, and click on the ”Submit” button. After clicking on the “Submit” button, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address for the length of the promotion, regardless of the entry method.
