Entry Limit: one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
One (1) Grand Prize: a two (2) night/three (3) day trip for the winner and one guest to Las Vegas, NV from July 10, 2015 through July 12, 2015 to attend UFC 189. The Grand Prize includes: a) round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one guest from a major airport near winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV; two nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy); a $1,000 prepaid gift card; round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in Las Vegas; two floor seat tickets to sit with a UFC fighter to be determined by Sponsor at UFC 189 on July 11, 2015; dinner for the winner and guest with a UFC fighter to be determined by Sponsor at a Sponsor selected restaurant on July 10, 2015; VIP access for the winner and guest to weigh-ins on July 10, 2015; two (2) passes to the UFC Fan Expo; and $3,000 cash which the winner may use to help offset his/her tax burden. Use Firefox and hand key every letter. Neither Chrome or IE worked, but Firefox did. I entered my birth day first, then went up the form.
