Each First Prize trip also includes the opportunity for First Prize winner to compete against the other First Prize winner in their bracket (i.e., Bracket “A” or “B”) in the Unstoppable Challenge Playoff to determine which First Prize winner in that bracket will win the Finalist Prize for that bracket. As further explained below in the section headed “Unstoppable Challenge”, the Unstoppable Challenge Playoff involves participants (First Prize winners for Bracket “A” and “B”) competing against one another in an activity (or activities) testing their speed, dexterity, strength and/or other physical skills. First Prize winners who do not win the Unstoppable Challenge Playoff will not receive any prize in addition to the First Prize.

Each Finalist Prize trip also includes the opportunity for Finalist Prize winner to compete against the other Finalist Prize winner in the Unstoppable Challenge Final to determine which Finalist Prize winner will win the Grand Prize. As further explained below in the section headed “Unstoppable Challenge”, the Unstoppable Challenge Final involves participants (Finalist Prize winners) competing against one another in an activity (or activities) testing their speed, dexterity, strength, and/or physical skills. The Finalist Prize winner who does not win the Grand Prize will not receive any prize in addition to the First Prize and Finalist Prize.

Unstoppable Challenge: Each Unstoppable Challenge is a skills contest where the participants (i.e., either First Prize or Finalist Prize winners, as the case may be) compete against each other in a certain physical activity or activities as specified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Such physical activities will be related in some manner to the sport of football. By way of example only, an Unstoppable Challenge could involve which participant successfully converts the most field goal attempts from a specified distance within a given time period, or, alternatively, which participant successfully throws the most passes through a hoop from a specified distance within a given time period. In all cases, the participant who performs the assigned task(s) comprising the Unstoppable Challenge better (as determined by the third party judges) will win that Unstoppable Challenge.

Unstoppable Challenge will occur during applicable prize trip, at a place and time of Sponsor’s sole choosing and will be governed by its own rules and regulations**; such rules and regulations will be furnished to Unstoppable Challenge participants beforehand. Participants must agree to and fully comply with the Unstoppable Challenge rules and regulations at all times as well as following all directions of the third party judges officiating the Unstoppable Challenge.
