Mail-in requests must be postmarked by December 31, 2011 and received by January 7, 2012. Limit one request per envelope. The agency will play one Play on behalf of the applicable request for that postmark date. Only potential winners that win via a mail-in Play will be notified by regular mail. Non-winners will not be notified.

Entry Limit: one Play per person per day, regardless of the method of Play.

1,000 Prizes: An Evian Baby Tee (ARV: $34 each). One in ten entries will win.

Prize Limit: one prize per cell phone number/person. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes will not be awarded.

Winner Notification: potential text winners will be notified by text, at the mobile number provided at the time of entry. If a winner participated via text, he/she will receive a text message with instructions on how to claim their prize. All mail-in winners will be sent their prizes to the address included on their mail-in entry. In the event that text winners or mail-in winners do not specify the T-shirt size and/or which Baby Tee they prefer, the T-Shirt sent to them will be Sponsor-specified.
