@LeeJeans and Mike Rowe of “Dirty Jobs” fame have teamed up to launch www.ShopPhobia.com, where men can learn to shop without fear or “without losing your manhood”
Take the Shop Phobie test and find out if you are NOT BAD, BAD, DIRE, or HOPELESS!
As a BONUS, once you take the challenge you will get a $5.00 coupon and free shipping to buy Lee jeans online.
To celebrate the launch of Shop Phobia, Lee Jeans wants to give FIVE Sweeties a pair of either Lee Premium Select jeans for men or Lee Slender Secret jeans for women just for sharing their most “shop phobic” moment.
Watch Mike Rowe’s video and you will realize how different men and women are when it comes to shopping. Mike is too funny.
He asks,
“Do you know what is nice about trying on jeans? He says, NOTHING, there’s nothing nice about trying on jeans.
He’s too cute!
Men often think like Mike, that they are just about naked in this tiny room with white walls, hoping that no one sees them in their tighty whiteys, while women see shopping and trying clothes on as an emotional experience. I’m not completely sure that Mike is convinced that it is indeed okay to try his Lee jeans on in a dressing room in public – gotta love him.
One thing he is sure of though is that he likes Lee jeans. They were reasonably priced for him and it made his butt look good – lol
Lee jeans are durable and stylish, a pair of jeans a regular-guy can wear. There’s nothing like a good fitting pair of jeans.
Last December I actually won a pair of Lee Slender Secret jeans from the Lees Facebook page. And, I did a review of them. I have always loved and worn Lee jeans for as long as I can remember.
The Prize:
Five winners will receive: a pair of Lee jeans – Lee Premium Select jeans for men or Lee Slender Secret jeans for women

I am a woman and I just hate shoppoing of any kind. I do grocery shopping because we need to eat. If I could have everything I need just magically appear at my door that would be awesome. I guess shopping for clothing is the worst there is just nothing enjoyable or pleasant about any of it!!!
I tweeted today
My most shop phobic moment is when I made up my mind , and is at the check out station … then out of the no wear something catches my eyes and I go over the aisle to purchase it… When I’m around , it gets hectic. :O
My shop phobic moment is swimsuit shopping.
My shop phobic moment is shopping for pants. Shirts, I don’t need to try on; pants, I do.
ALL of my shop phobic moments involve trying on bathing suits!!

Childhood memories of communal dressing rooms on Long Island where the old ladies would always comment on how adorable you looked – Now that I’m the old lady I’m thankful for the private dressing room where I am the only one who knows I can’t zip up those pants
The hardest most phobic time for me, is when I start trying on the size I think I am and then, reality sets in on how many sizes larger I ended up going.
My most shop phobic is shopping for jeans and bathing suits!
I just tweeted! (@couponrn)
My most shop phobic moments are when I am looking for jeans or a swimming suit. I just give up. Help me!

My most shop phobic moment is bringing clothes back out of fitting room that are to small. Then you realize that either they are making sizes much smaller or you have gained weight. In my case WEIGHT!
My most shop phobic moment is trying to find a pair of shoes. I have small feet and the salesperson always tries to direct me to children’s shoes. I’m an adult – I want age appropriate shoes.
neat!!
I hate trying on clothes & having to go out of the dressing room & get larger sizes. I feel like the salesperson is laughing at me.
Trying on slacks and wife or sales person opens door to give you another pair to try and you’re standing there in you underwear – everyone around can see!
OMG–would not miss this chance for anything–who doesn’t need new jeans–this is great let alone your company to win would be wonderful–something new -0omg
I hate shopping for clothes because my weight goes up and down on a weekly basis and I never know what size I wear. So I think that I am one size and try that on and it doesn’t fit and I refuse to get a size larger. I just figure that if it doesn’t fit then I don’t need it. Then if I don’t try things on and just buy them I spend more them returning items to the store. It is just a nightmare for me.
My most horrible fitting incident would be bra sizing. It is nightmare! Lee jeans are awesome and I have good luck with jeans.
