@LeeJeans and Mike Rowe of “Dirty Jobs” fame have teamed up to launch www.ShopPhobia.com, where men can learn to shop without fear or “without losing your manhood”
Take the Shop Phobie test and find out if you are NOT BAD, BAD, DIRE, or HOPELESS!
As a BONUS, once you take the challenge you will get a $5.00 coupon and free shipping to buy Lee jeans online.
To celebrate the launch of Shop Phobia, Lee Jeans wants to give FIVE Sweeties a pair of either Lee Premium Select jeans for men or Lee Slender Secret jeans for women just for sharing their most “shop phobic” moment.
Watch Mike Rowe’s video and you will realize how different men and women are when it comes to shopping. Mike is too funny.
He asks,
“Do you know what is nice about trying on jeans? He says, NOTHING, there’s nothing nice about trying on jeans.
He’s too cute!
Men often think like Mike, that they are just about naked in this tiny room with white walls, hoping that no one sees them in their tighty whiteys, while women see shopping and trying clothes on as an emotional experience. I’m not completely sure that Mike is convinced that it is indeed okay to try his Lee jeans on in a dressing room in public – gotta love him.
One thing he is sure of though is that he likes Lee jeans. They were reasonably priced for him and it made his butt look good – lol
Lee jeans are durable and stylish, a pair of jeans a regular-guy can wear. There’s nothing like a good fitting pair of jeans.
Last December I actually won a pair of Lee Slender Secret jeans from the Lees Facebook page. And, I did a review of them. I have always loved and worn Lee jeans for as long as I can remember.
The Prize:
Five winners will receive: a pair of Lee jeans – Lee Premium Select jeans for men or Lee Slender Secret jeans for women
How to Enter: two ways

Standing in front of THAT mirror! Every flaw exposed, yuk!!!!
Trying on dresses and shorts … I hate my legs!
Trying to buy a swim suit.
Shopping for an outfit for a party in Miami, where you know everyone will be wearing the “latest” in fashion is very shop phobic. I’m a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl!
My most shop phobic moment was when I tried on a mini skirt and decided I needed a much longer skirt.
my shop phobic moment is trying on shorts, it is so hard to find ones that fit.
My shop phobic moment was shopping at the local Kmart. I usually try on clothes before I buy, but was totally turned off after hearing that they found blood in the dressing room. It was also near Halloween and creeped me and my son out big time.
My most shop phobic moment has to be SHOE SHOPPING!!! I thank the Creator & my parents that I have feet but did they have to be SO GENEROUS?? WINTER BOOTS THAT COVER (OR SHOULD COVER) MY CALVES ARE THE WORST!! Sooo.. I go throughout the store selecting the shoes I would like to try on & buy maybe (usually about ten to fifteen pair. I get the FEMALE salesperson’s attention to bring me two incremental sizes of each type of shoe. I then seclude myself far away in the corner chair near that little floor mirror, with a shoehorn. I request that they “CHECK” on me in about an hour. Usually I can come up with ONE pair. The last time this happened I finally purchased a pair of severely reduced post-season flip-flops! Sadly, they were the only pair that fit!! Needless to say, I start very early in a season to shop for shoes. My family reminds me of the time that I left home with intentions to purchase, “a few items” for the next day’s holiday bar-be-que. I returned much later that day excited and happy with TWO PAIR OF WINTER BOOTS FROM A FABULOUS SALE!! These were boots that FIT & LOOKED GOOD!! YOU GOT TO GET THEM WHEN AND WHERE YOU CAN!! The neighbors invited us over for the holiday cookout. I made a watermelon boat fruit salad and wore my red boots!! LOL 😉
Always has to be swimsuit shopping.
my shopping phobic would have to be trying on pants i always having a problem fnding pants that fit me cause i am soo tall!!
My most shop phobic moment involves looking for jeans. i’m tall and it’s very hard to find the right size. crazy but i’ve actually had better luck with mens jeans sometimes!
My most shop phobic moment was trying on dresses for my baby shower when I was pregnant. I looked awful in everything. 🙁

my most shop phobic moment is shopping for any clothing post after having a baby. It has been a year, and I still hesitate to step into the dressing room!
My most shop phobic moment is trying on clothes in a dressing room with no doors or curtains! Which means your looking across the isle at another person getting undressed as well. Ugh!
My most shop phobic moment is when my wife takes me to a dept. store and makes me try on shirts that are bright like pink, purple, red. Makes me cringe. Bill H
My most shop phobic moment is anytime I have to take my oldest daughter shoe shopping….She just turned 12 and is wearing a size 11 in women’s (same size as me) But her feet are still growing and the 11’s are a little snug. It is near impossible to find the girly shoes that she likes in her size let alone without a heel.

My shop phobic moment is when I see my white cellulite in the mirror. It’s not a pretty site.LOL
I don’t like trying on clothes at the stores, however, with jeans I often have to. It’s practically impossible for me to find a pair of jeans that I like that actually fit the way they should… this would definitely be great to win!

My shopping moment was trying on jeans when I was real skinny and zipping up my skin in zipper. Hate that when that happens. That is what I get for thinking I could go another size smaller…LOL Now I just wish I could relive that moment…LOL
My shop a phobic moment usually happens when I’m in the fitting room, changing my clothes and I look into one of those fitting room mirrors and am horrified with the image looking back at me. Somehow, I never look the same as I do at home. I ‘m not sure if it’s the actual mirror or the lighting.
Shop-a-phobic moment: standing in the dressing room, and really looking at myself in whatever I’m trying on and thinking – I need to loose weight!!
My most shop phobic moment is when I am in the dressing room trying on a cute outfit and my 2 year old decides this is the time that she’d like to play hide and seek.
